ONE20 Maps and MyONE20

We launched ONE20 Maps and MyONE20 as a way for drivers to get truck-safe navigation and route information like weather, parking, and fuel prices – all without spending an arm and a leg. We did it to offer drivers access to deals that were reserved for the big guys – and we think we did a pretty good job.

However, starting on June 18, 2018 ONE20 Inc. will be ceasing operations despite our best efforts. We wish this wasn’t true, but sometimes you win and sometimes you take one on the nose. This time it’s our turn.

Your ONE20 Maps and MyONE20 app will NOT continue to work as of June 18, 2018 and you may begin to see significantly decreased performance well before then. We won’t be providing further updates to the app, or offering any support to the app once we close our doors. Here are a couple of other industry apps you might find useful:

CoPilot
Trucker Path
Drivewyze

ONE20 F-ELD AND WHAT THIS MEANS FOR F-ELD USERS

Your ONE20 F-ELD will stop working on June 18th.

As previously announced, the ONE20 F-ELD app and dashboard will NOT continue to work as of June 18, 2018.

We will offer a refund on unused devices in the original, unopened box purchased after March 18, 2018. The refund will cover the cost of the unit and applicable taxes. Call 888-986-6320 or email [email protected] for details.

No further updates or support will be offered for F-ELD devices.

WHAT F-ELD USERS NEED TO DO

  • Find and implement an alternative ELD provider beforeJune 18th.
  • Save a copy of your logs from ONE20.  The FMCSA requires you to have the last six months of logs available for audits:
    1. In a web browser, go to the F-ELD Dashboard > Reports > Driver Logs (https://dashboard.myone20.com/reports/DriverLogs)
    2. Select a date range that covers the last six months.
    3. Export to PDF, and save for your records
  • For more instructions on printing logs, visit this help article.

ELD REPLACEMENT OPTIONS

For Fleets looking for a more robust option than F-ELD, we recommend ISE Fleet Services.  ISE provides:

  • HOS Compliance (ELD)
  • Driver maintenance records (eDVIR)
  • Vehicle positioning, mapping, and data export for fuel tax reporting
  • eTraining

For Owner Operators looking for a free solution, take a look at this Overdrive article: Collection of ELD Reviews. You can also find a list of other ELD solutions with driver ratings at ELDratings.com.

We understand that this may be an inconvenience for many of you and we deeply apologize. We’ll miss providing support to the trucking community and hope that you all continue to support each other the way you always have. Who knows, maybe we’ll meet again down the road.

Keep it rubber side down,
The ONE20 Team
